6ySupporting our mission of saving lives, restoring health, and giving hope is certainly an important part of selecting new employees to join our team. We strive to bring people on board who are looking to do meaningful work that serves a purpose. It's a difficult task for hiring managers since some candidates present themselves differently in interviews. They have heard about LifeNet Health's great reputation and that we are in a cycle of rapid growth and they want to be a part of it. But we are more than that yet not everyone is driven by our mission. This is why we have developed the behavioral-based interview process and tools to help managers select new employees who are looking for a purpose and a career.
