Life Point was a great place to work due to the quality of staff they hired. The staff consisted of caring, qualified , experienced clinicians that made for a great team to serve clients.

At times administrative policies and changes did not line up with clinicians views about how to best serve the clients and not negativity impact caseload.

At the time, management was not good. Another agency has since taken over. Income was marginal; no raises over 10 years.
