Sales targets are becoming more and more unattainable and company has started to change them on a whim. Not replacing people that leave the company for other opportunities or when on leave, they redistribute workload amongst others with no recognition and no pay increase or bonus. Not listening to feedback provided by employees about making positive change to encourage retention and increase job satisfaction.
