Absolute carnage behind the scenes with senior management that have no idea what the day to role in the field is like. Unrealistic expectations and the new learning platform is terrible and creates endless admin

Commissions are ridiculously low. Be prepared to not make a lot your first 3 month. Only good if you’re a student
