Not much opportunity for growth Pay is low compared to the same role in other companies Management gossip and there is favouritism some departments are toxic managers are allowed to get away with anything even if its offensive

Awesome clients and great team along with continuing education

Commissions are ridiculously low. Be prepared to not make a lot your first 3 month. Only good if you’re a student
