As a business we strive to deliver quality experiences for our learners whilst making sure that we maintain a commercially viable business that enables us to continue to operate. Additionally we work hard to develop and embed equitable recognition and development opportunities for all of our colleagues, such as our Enhance award and our Grow conversations.
