Even though they have an understanding that growth requires change there is a lacking of analysis and recognition of all the change that should be made or could be made to make processes easier for staff. Sad to say but I have observed some sexual bias within the company. Oilfield companies are predominantly men and LTR does hire woman but I've seen many overworked woman in the company and some in management positions who should have assistants or even teams and the company either doesn't recognize this need or chooses to ignore it. Both are problems in my opinion
