Speaking of being a part of something - Everyone here collaborates, communicates, helps each other out, and always works hard to meet deadlines for our clients. The company itself has a really cool history, and those well laid plans created a great business that continues to grow every year. Some pros that stand out to me: 1. Weekly thought sharing/future project discussion meetings 2. Lunch of Thursdays - We eat as a team (out, in, at the park, or just in the conference room) 3. Their commitment to forward thinking and personal development 4. A strong review process that provides great feedback for personal growth in your field 5. Fun group outings, happy hours, and team building event - They really celebrate success! 6. They are very in-tune with creating a work/life balance. Overall, my days here always go by quickly and I feel fulfilled knowing my job is important and that my successes are recognized.
