Zero accountability—leadership refuses to acknowledge mistakes or take responsibility for poor decisions. Toxic Culture: No real respect for work-life balance; the culture rewards burnout. High turnover rates; many employees have left due to micromanagement and lack of support. Constant gossip and backstabbing among team members, mostly due to poor leadership creating a "survival of the fittest" mentality. Limited Growth Opportunities: There’s no clear career path or opportunities for advancement. Pay and benefits are subpar compared to industry standards. Company seems to be in a constant state of “crisis mode” with no long-term strategy for growth or sustainability.
