Very highteck - good food, cool event, interesting work.

Minpunten

Bad work politics. Theres a group of people who are "chosen" to be the stars and the others are being bullied. No salary raises for 2 years for many of the employees. Run away from there if you want to actually advance professionally. There are some who get into the "good" teams inside ligtricks, but it's pure luck.

Thank you for your response, it allows us to develop and improve. At Lightricks, we treat each employee with dignity and respect, and we take their feedback very seriously. In terms of compensation, the management level conducts a compensation review for each employee once a year, and examines each salary in comparison to the market standard. Additionally, we offer our employees an option plan that is higher than the industry average, enabling them to participate in each of our funding rounds, as well as selling their options (secondaries). This practice has been used by dozens of our employees and has strengthened their opportunity to invest in the success of the company.

-you're at the forefront of the AI video generation space -new tasks, initiatives, and products features are introduced every day so always something fresh to work on -Puts the human first, lots of perks such as generous stipends, -US office has had the culture constantly built up - snacks, flexible hybrid days in office, comfortable seating, fun monthly events like bowling and Yankee games. We've outgrown a couple offices in the short time the NYC office has existed so rapid growth is encouraging -Media companies are generally fun (work hard, play hard) environments -Quarterly on sites where the leaders and team gets together for updates

Minpunten

-constant shifts in focuses for the revenue department/things to sell without any notice. AI video gen may look completely different on a weekly basis -release notes are practically nonexistent and people find out about new features/releases as they go -sometimes communications get lost in translation across regions or feel forced -B2C org historically, so most senior stakeholders don't have much knowledge of the B2B space

- the people are priceless - on the forefront of AI, you get to deal with really cool and visual stuff - great benefits, food, office parties, wellness packages - hybrid policy with a great WLB - cool offices in a great location in Midtown

Minpunten

The co-working space gets a bit crowded at times, but other than that not really.
