LimnoTech cares about the quality of its work, and is even willing to sacrifice profit to ensure that clients receive a quality product. They care about whether employees feel satisfied. And if you aren't satisfied, they often will go out of their way to try to make something work. They hire smart people and are willing to change when it makes sense. They are conservative. So it can take a lot of effort to convince them to change.
