Seems like management haven't had much management training. There's quite the blame culture too where more recent staff will be thrown under the bus when the proverbial hits the fan. I have witnessed this first hand. Also a certain degree of favouritism where some are rewarded for very little and some ignored after doing a lot or generally just treated differently.
