Pluspunten
The company is a small, woman-owned privately held company that has been growing every year. Leadership has hired great people with solid business backgrounds and an entrepreneurial spirit that have continuously moved the company in a positive direction. They have made many improvements to systems, employee benefits, and processes, and continue to focus on improvements for employees and processes. The CEO is very approachable and open to new ideas which makes everyone a contributor to the company. She is always looking at ways to make the company a great place for people to work. Other pros include work/ life balance, approachable down-to-earth management, mission driven environment with a goal of making the world a better place.
Minpunten
The only con I can speak with is the workforce is very spread out so it is difficult to connect and establish relationships with other employees. There are monthly company meetings held virtually which keep employees up to date on various topics, but it's still not the same as face-to-face interaction.
