Many factors affect our learning center fees. Unlike a traditional tutoring model, we take a team approach to every student. Clinicians work one-on-one, delivering the steps of evidence-based programs as prescribed in each student's individualized lesson plan. At the same time, additional team members are responsible for assessments, instructional oversight, recommendations, and lesson planning. This collaborative model is designed to maintain a high level of instructional quality and is a key reason students often make extraordinary progress in a relatively short amount of time. We understand the importance of balancing that quality with fair compensation, and we consider feedback such as yours as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our workplace.
