Management is terrible. Centralized routing which is even worse. The Management has no idea what they are doing here nor do they care to learn what the job actually entails. You work very hard here and get no recognition

Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

Minpunten

Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
