Pluspunten

Linio is hands on from day one. Collaborators are expected to learn fast, create action plans based on solid analyses to meet their targets, and become execution masters. Movility, both functional and geographical, is likely to happen every six months if desired. Linio is a great bootcamp for hard core entrepreneurs to gain knowledge and skills.

Minpunten

Start up culture is messy. Don't expect defined processes, clear org structure or full alignment between different teams. This is a company were every individual has to be a leader and solve their own problems, don't expect anyone else to solve them for you. If you dislike frequent changes, Linio is not your best fit since it changes every day.
