The cheapest available candidates are brought on, and it shows communication breakdowns are constant. There is no company culture to speak of, largely because employee churn is so rapid that no one gets a chance to know each other. Task distribution makes no sense given team size, leaving people overworked with no clear path forward. On top of all that, expect heavy micromanagement and zero meaningful career development. This is not a place where you grow it's a place where you burn out. Advice to management: Invest in real talent, build actual processes, and let your people managers lead with competence before expecting results.
