Pluspunten
- positive culture and good team vibe - team building includes potluck lunches, paintball, sports - employee wellness program and incentives to 'try new things' - flexible hours - performance-based wages. I started at a decent wage but increased after my probation period - management is open to feedback - payroll is deferred (ie: submit hours by weds, get paid next mon). Seems standard as it was normal at my past job - performance reviews seem normal - fast growth and exciting clients/projects
Minpunten
- sometimes short notice for overtime work - expenses and mileage are paid at end of month. My past job paid out expenses at every payroll - growing company so there's some growing pains. Not really a con, unless you're not used to putting in a little extra effort from time to time
