Misleading leadership: classic “we need you”, “we are doing better than ever”, “investors are happy” messaging only to lay off 20% of the company after acquiring multiple companies and squandering their products 3. Strange religion: several members of the leadership as well as the board belong to some sort of church that has cult like vibes with money, nepotism, and secrets
