      Lots of companies have their circle of culture. It’s a big poster on the wall or a flag hanging. Lippert puts their money where their mouth is. They dedicate time and money to their core business beliefs and make sure that everyone is included in the benefits and rewarding atmosphere of a company that operates to its core values.

      Minpunten

      I had the privilege of working here through Covid annd post and it was a lot of long hours. Thankful for the work but it put a strain on my family life and made me grumpy.

      So far, not too many besides pay. Work isn't that hard specifically. And seems laid back for the most part. But thats about where it stops.

      Minpunten

      Training is a challenge. You'll get put into a department where there is very little English speaking. The trainer never explains anything and expects you to just watch and learn. Which some stuff is doable. But ive been here 3 weeks now, and never been explained how to find the next job, or what or why the process is this way. Haven't had ONE SINGLE HIGHER UP, SUPERVISOR, what have you, come up and ask me how I'm doing. Definitely seems like they dont care too much about new employees. Lied about the hours when I got hired in.
