Pluspunten
Over the years there has been a very good group of people, proud of the work we did. Most of the people there are very proud of there work. And there are alot of people who would do anything for you. That is what keeps us going and wanting to be the best. We all have the ability to make this the number one meter company on the market. The benefits are pretty good compared to other people from other companies. The company seems to care about all of the people. We have events at different times of the year involving all of us.
Minpunten
Over the past year, several poor decisions have been made in promotions. Un qualified people who are best at lying, and blaming others, and not doing a good job. There have been unethical things that take place, by the plant manager and shop manager. Whenever anyone is told about it, it goes nowhere. The ethics line hasn't seemed to help either. It seems that management is more interested in finding out who talked than fixing the problems. This has been very frustrating for all and brought the morale down throughout the company. It has become a very stressful place because of this.
