      Super smart and hard working people, great medical benefits, perks are great (PTO, remote work flexibility, team events, etc.)

      Minpunten

      Executive management does not treat employees with respect, especially the COO, CFO, and CEO. Lots of turnover during my ~1.5 yrs there, and no company direction in terms of a go to market strategy and targeting strategic markets. The focus is too much on the R&D and educational spaces for photonics and I don't see this company taking off anytime soon.

      Cutting edge products. Constantly improving technology. The sky is the limit on where you can go with this company if you are willing to put the effort in. Executive Team, Laurie, Danielle and Dan are brilliant minded people and are constantly looking at ways to improve the company. They are very open to ideas. I really enjoyed working here; I only wish I had found Liquid Instruments earlier in my career. If you get an offer to work there, take it. You will learn a lot and you will get to work with an amazing team!

      LI is on the forefront of innovation in the Test & Measurement industry. The core product technology concept has tons of potential for continued growth in the market, and the company culture is very inclusive of people from diverse backgrounds which promotes an excellent company culture.
