Minpunten
The below review titled "Great Place to Work but it's Tough!" is yet again another EMBARRASSING example of Senior Management at Liquid Learning writing a 'good' review on Glassdoor about this torturous company. For a more accurate representation of the company and how it treats its staff, please refer to the review titled "Shameful' because that is what this company is, shameful. This company is a REVOLVING door!! And each and every employee is doing their very best to either LEAVE or stop new people from being hired so they're not subjected to their ill practices & horrendous people management. The biggest thing that upset me about this place was that management, and one person in particular comes to mind straight away, have been known to regularly 'try it on' with us female staff junior to them during their years at the company. Using their position of power as leverage, particularly in the Sales team, it makes work unbearable and uncomfortable much of the time with many quitting after a few weeks/month as a result. The female staff members regularly go to the toilet together to have breakdowns because of the anxiety the managers install in us to hit their ever changing KPI's and targets. If you are Australian, you will be given a base salary SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what the British people get. They sacked the Marketing department off to the bare minimum, a production team of 10 has been reduced to just 4 because of how much pressure they were put under. The company uses Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) that are not only inconsistent with one and other but used as a tool (again) to install fear if they deem you to not be performing. Zero career progression opportunities. A 'churn and burn' model that is set up for you to fail. The biggest organisations in Australia regularly complain and asked to never be called by them again.
