Corporate employees are Not part of the dealership. Corporate employees are not eligible for bonuses, lunches, dinners, overtime or any perk that might ease the pain of being a peasant. Dealership employees regularly receive bonuses, lunches, dinners, overtime, corporate employees do not. Racism and mysoginy are rampant.
