LiveRail is in a rapidly growing space and the current companies are fighting for business without a lot of new competitors entering the market.

Minpunten

If you are looking to work with a great executive staff that you can learn from and really help grow a business then this isn't the place for you. The company culture is really lacking and the executive staff doesn't have the experience or approach needed to really build a successful business.

the leadership team cares about doing big things, and everyone that works at LiveRail sees the big picture. The company has seen massive growth with both new business and as a team. Over the past 6-8 months they have brought on more industry veterans and have established a clear vision of how to own the online video advertising space.

Minpunten

some of the typical downsides of a working at a start up means wearing many hats. This can also be viewed as a positive aspect if you're a person that likes to be challenged and not do the same mindless task everyday.
