A vibrant culture - there are plenty of social events for employees (monthly Trivia Nights, Urban Hikes, Happy Hours) to make friends but completely optional, and you don't feel like it's being forced upon you either. That is nice, to not have to drink the Kool-Aid. A good mix of people including new college graduates, those fresh out of MBA or JD programs, young and old, singles and families. I would describe our company as being diverse. Fast-paced atmosphere, people here have a good amount of energy - you don't see slackers here or people getting by, by doing little to nothing - I've seen that at other companies and wonder how they get away with it. Not one person I've met here where I wondered "How did they get through the hiring process"? People are super sharp (they think one step ahead), team players and people you'd want to grab a drink with. Maximum stars on career mobility - lots of opportunities to grow into other roles or departments - you aren't pigeonholed into the role you have when you first join. Have seen people move to different parts of the company and it shows LiveRamp does care about employee retention by making sure people are happy doing what they do, and if not, to go to the part of the business where they would be. Friends of mine are miserable/stuck/languishing in their same role and same mundane responsibilities at other companies for the past several years...that's not likely to happen to you here. Business is pretty transparent - weekly company meetings to update us on the latest happenings. Additionally, quarterly All Hands company dinners to discuss future plans for the company and then group breakout sessions to discuss and forward our thoughts and feedback to leadership. Great pay and benefits. That's always a plus.

A first-world request I know, but would be nice to have breakfast, catered lunch everyday instead of some days, and dinner options. Then I won't have to drool when friends at Airbnb and Facebook talk about their in-house-chef-prepared meals...
