Pluspunten
The administration in the office is excellent but has little power to affect any change at a corporate level despite their efforts
Minpunten
This company goes above and beyond in their effort to avoid paying their employees. Their mileage rate is far less than a competitive rate and they refuse to pay for mileage to or from your first or last patient. You will end up getting patients that are an hour drive from you that are grouped together so you're paid for maybe 10 miles when you drive 200. You are not paid if you show up to a house and the patient is not there despite any plans that you made with the patient prior to the visit, and you are not paid either for miles or your time. If you work part-time, you're not paid for your hours or visit and that instance nor will you get any points if you are full-time. When you add this to the fact that your patients can be very far apart or very far from you, you can spend half a day between driving, lab drop offs which are not paid, and visits which are missed because patients decide to leave at the last minute, you will never meet your required productivity points, which are already set too high compared to Industry standards. And if you are working per visit you might make one paid visit and that might include 3 hours of driving. If the person is not there you might not get paid at all. You cannot turn in any time or documentation late or it will not be paid at all. You will be doing documentation well into the evening everyday and you will be doing your own scheduling as the schedulers in the office don't actually do scheduling. Then you can listen to the patient complain that there was no visit scheduled when you were not advised of it in the first place. You will get patients added to your schedule halfway through the day that you're already working for that day and you won't know about it. You will furthermore spend several hours each week on the spreadsheets that you need to maintain regarding your visit type and mileage driven and any case conference hours that you have done because the company will short you on every check. It is done so frequently that it must be purposeful. So if you want to do your own payroll, scheduling, and your own actual work and furthermore not get paid for the miles that you drive or much of your time at all due to their ever-changing payment policies that they Implement after the fact, this is the place for you.
