There's not limit to the potential growth within this company. The bottom line is about promotion, with staff and clients. Since the beginning it's always been about reaching higher, getting bigger, better and creating something new. No one can deny that Livemercial was, is and always will be about growth and creativity.

Minpunten

Certain projects require longer hours and that's the nature of the business. When you work with people all across the county and even overseas you have to compromise on time.

There were many great colleagues to work with and the company offered a good benefits package. The atmosphere at was fun and it felt like one big family. There were a lot of amazingly talented people who made getting through a big project a lot easier.

Minpunten

Upper management often did not take the time to listen to those in production regarding realistic timelines for projects.

Some of the talent that was a part of Livemercial has gone on to do great things when applying themselves. The pool of young individuals at this company were there to succeed but became jaded when the company took a turn for the worst.

Poor upper management made irrational decisions when the company and jobs were at stake.
