Pluspunten
Really enjoyed the international appeal and expertise. Lots of opportunities to be involved in different projects and willingness to develop if you push for it. Can be a great place to get experience and lead projects. The team and the people were great. Emphasis on culture was good at the time but changed as cost savings were pushed. Decent benefits.
Minpunten
Salaries on the lower end from general consensus. Long hours expected and lots of travel. Heavy on the politics/bureaucracy and red tape to get things done. Upper management was disjointed with mixed directions. Frequent turnover in senior management which did not help with the direction. Morale was in general low.
