employee value does not exist, they will resign you to a corner of the office soon as you voice a complaint If they dont sack you they will pay you off and say bye promotions exist to the corner of the office.

Sorry that we made you feel this way. We will try to do better. We’ve definitely made some mistakes, had several staff issues as we’ve grown. Especially with the lack of traditional, corporate structure. However we intend to keep the flat management structure and entrepreneurial spirit. Because a lot of people love it in spite of the creative chaos. I will personally miss your creative mind - because it was definitely one of a kind. And once again I’m deeply sorry that we let you down.

I learned a lot. Had a flexible shift when I struggled to beat rush hour. Lots of company events, and team bonding exercises. Friendly team. Growth potential. Food was available in the kitchen and coffee.

Unfortunately had to leave for a new job opportunity out of the country.
