It truly is anonymous as we used an external platform to guarantee this. Our most recent review process saw the company eNPS rise and it demonstrated positive results in all areas. We'll continue to do this work and listen to all employees, however they wish to share their voice. Our benefits include a Healthcare, performance based bonus, personal learning and development budget, 25 days leave [not including public holidays] a MacBook and also an employee share program.
