Pluspunten
The only positives left are that some incredibly talented employees remain at the lower levels, and that the company once had a mission and culture worth believing in. Unfortunately, what was once a strong and respected company has turned into a money-grabbing machine, with every decision driven purely by short-term profit.
Minpunten
Most of the legacy knowledge holders — the people who truly understood the business — were either forced out or left due to the new management. This has left a huge gap in expertise that leadership has not been able to fill. The so-called “leaderboard” feels out of its depth, lacking both competence and credibility in the field. The CEO has no clear understanding of the industry, and it shows in the lack of vision and poor decision-making at the top. As a result, morale is at an all-time low, and employees no longer feel valued or inspired.
