I was not going to leave a review, however, I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the influx of good reviews( which is HIGHLY encouraged by upper management for new people) after a negative review was posted which I completely agree with.
I have not seen this much drama since high school. I saw people stab others in the back with menace and purpose. I witnessed new sales reps crying in the bathroom as a direct result of bullying comments from more tenured sales reps. I would also note the tenured reps were reported to HR but still went on to be both awarded and promoted in the same year by senior leadership who were all aware of this type of behavior. I share this example because I think it paints a picture of what truly goes on behind the scenes, specifically within the sales organization. I believe it has directly led to the many, many women who have quit the organization in the recent year including myself who was horrified and saddened to see this kind of behavior.
