Good product, competitive in the industry. Most people are open to collaboration and dialogue, and are smart and capable.
Minpunten
Longevity is generally not rewarded. New hires make more than existing employees. Managers are usually hired externally instead of being promoted from within. Seems to be high turnover. Lack of transparency. Have not noticed any substantial investment in employee culture and satisfaction. Need to spend more time with strategy, processes and organization and invest in marketing to increase brand recognition.
