You’ll be challenged to think in new ways and pushed (hard), but that’s expected when you operate at the very top of Fortune 200 companies. Personally, I find the culture at LDS to be driven, curious, mature, collaborative and supportive. In addition to many strong working relationships, I have mentors across the firm that I engage with regularly on my performance and career.
