This is the worst company I have seen in my entire 15+years of IT career. No process whatsoever. Pathetic HR management. This company can never become a managed services provider and can only be a hardware vendor which has some implementation capability. Company has no goals and run as a beggar who thinks today's food is all we need to achieve and do the same tomorrow. If u ask any of them about process, they will say where it is sold and how much a kilo. Sales team is the culprit for this company to be in this state and not able to grow as a managed services provider. They sell some crap and all the burden is on operations team. No business ethics for this company and its customers. Worst people find worst things. Contract management tool is a bin of junk and no one knows how this crap works .
