T2 managed services is a mess. T2 understaffed driven by the micro-management of the Directors above who can only see $$$ savings. No structure on the front line means T3 and above handle almost everything with bad workflow. 24/7 cover is required with no extra $. Very low pay which was only recently was rectified to par level vs other similar companies. Health benefits are very bad vs other companies. I would advise people in managed services to leave before they are forced out. Again for $ savings.
