Management guidance is close to nonexistent; they give you no specific tasks to do, only be there and take care of customers and tickets. They dont know what we do for customers and seem to be staisfied with the jobs we are doing, YET now want to micomanage how many times we go to the bathroom. Some months are very busy, and some months are very slow. Instead of accepting this balance and trusting their employees to get the job done, regardless if that takes 50 hours or 25, they have now decided to fully embrace micromanagement and a surveillance state.
