Now coming to the cons: there is no proper working atmosphere and no work-life balance. The company still uses an outdated MVVM architecture that is full of bugs. Although it is a product-based company, the product itself is full of issues, and most of the time is spent re-correcting code rather than doing meaningful work. There are no opportunities for career growth, no healthy work environment, and no proper break times. Employees are expected to work excessively, almost like a machine.
