Else it is highly impossible to write such reviews. Stop looking at improving your rating in glass door, instead work on what is wrong with the organization, before it is too late. Stop spying about your employees, listen to them. They will be your assets. You guys already lost good employees, just by going either with Indian management stories or if you are out of budget. Later part is ok, first part is dangerous. The Technologies kept changing just to save themselves to show they are busy. Dear European team do not fall in the trap. The solutions are quick and dirty. Never work for long run. Greatest fun is.about the HR, and HR policies. It's very funny and customisable per employee. Personal life will be screwed up very badly, work life balance is a myth.
