The managers are very secretive about well everything. Even when people quit they are asked not to say anything and a email goes out 1-2 days prior to the employees last day. If you have an idea, complaint, or a request you will not hear back from most of the managers about it. Several of the small departments get over looked. They are over worked, under staffed, and seem to go unnoticed.
