Pluspunten
LCS really cares about the advancement and happiness of their employees, striving to provide more opportunities while implementing changes based on employee survey feedback. I left LCS for another opportunity but quickly realized that LCS provided a much better culture and work-life balance for me, including a 401k plan, internal growth, and leaders who put a lot of time and energy into their team, resulting in a really great place to work! I was back to LCS in less than a year.
Minpunten
Every workplace has pros and cons. I'd say that any negatives of working at LCS are overshadowed by all the 'good stuff'. The new building provides more space, a beautiful building, onsite fitness center, and a central area to eat and meet with coworkers. The downside would be the commute, if you don't live nearby, because traffic is pretty congested during rush hour near the building and highways surrounding.
