It's run by smart people with expertise in alternative asset management and its products, and Client Managers have long-running relationships with top investment managers. There's no shortage of work to get your hands on. The turnover is low, too. No reason to leave.

Great clients to recruit for and firm is willing to spend money to make money when it comes to investing in resources. Lots of perks - full office (including support staff) goes to Caribbean every other year and many outings and out-of-office gatherings throughout the year.

It’s recruiting. You either like the commission structure or you don’t.
