- They have high-profile clients, and the vast majority of merchants seem to like the product.
- They lead the market and have an excellent product strategy.
- The CEO knows what she is doing, that's for sure. She's ready to make this a billion-dollar company while delivering exceptional value to merchants and building a great company culture. Just watch her speak for a minute or two and you'll see she's not kidding.
Minpunten
- They use too many internal tools, that is very often confusing. Some are obviously unnecessary and actually reduces productivity.
- In general, the leaders are enthusiastic and very competent, but some (very few) high-profile executives seem a bit "disconnected" from the rest of the company and don't really reflect the eagerness and hunger for success of the CEO, if that makes sense.
