Pluspunten
I worked in the Data Science team and overall had a positive experience. The projects were interesting and challenging, which made the work engaging. I especially appreciated that everyone was encouraged to share their opinions and ideas on how tasks should be approached and implemented. The company supported learning new technologies and exploring creative solutions instead of just following strict processes. Another big advantage was the team — the people were supportive, professional, and great to work with. The collaboration and overall atmosphere within the team made the experience even better.
Minpunten
The main downside was the salary level, which could have been more competitive. However, in many cases it was possible to negotiate better conditions and come to an agreement.
