Great collaborative culture with good balance between people and company aims. People really appreciate the great work environment. Transparency with a well defined ladder but flexible enough to support company growth.

Minpunten

Work/life balance may be tricky (depending on your role) when you work full time in a project but also dealing with internal tasks (interviews, 1:1, company objectives, PRs, ....) to support other projects within the same assigned time.

* They have a lot of micromanagement * They care more about the client opinion than yours, you are only a resource not a person. * The ceo is just a kid that has money from his parents and plays to have his own company. * dishonesty * low salary * No benefits more than your actual salary
