Pluspunten
The Company has no working culture; the people are unfriendly, no helpful. Goods sold are chips and most of the time are outdated; the food products mostly expire in two weeks. The management is chaotic and the Store manger has no respect for anyone (employees and customers) and have a specific character: he is racist and hate black people in particular. The worst thing is that this manger has the trust and the support of the Company Owner and his associate.
Minpunten
This Company structure is very confusing of seems not to exist. Everybody,from the top management to the bottom act stupidly and fight all the time. It seems to me that the Company is manged based on FEAR . Improving the business and the profitability of their activity is not part of their culture. Instead, the management style seems to be based on intimidation,threat, violence, public insult and so on. Anyone from the HQ can come in the Store and attack or insult any employee with no regard to the store manager.
