The people at the site levels are great people and love what they do, and they work as a team at each school.

They will do everything they can to pay you as little as possible. Fiscal errors are a regularity. You will routinely be left short staffed, especially if you work in a special day class or any other aide position. They are outdated. They will often require you to juggle multiple hats at once while insisting they can’t pay you for multiple hats at once. Turnover rate is high.
