Upper management has joked about how low the pay is and knows that only those living over an hour away where there are little to no job prospects are desperate enough to take the job. Hence the majority have heinous commutes at ridiculous hours due to lack of office space. Those who are friends of the family will be promoted and paid well regardless or experience or qualifications. This is a well-known fact throughout the company at all levels. Never before have I worked for a company that so undervalued its employees. Never before have seen such turnover in a company. That should tell you something. Take these reviews seriously. I should have. If there is a common theme in the negative reviews, there might just be something to it. Think twice. It's just not worth your mental health and happiness.
