Literally RUN. Never work for this company! The Healthcare Recruiting Department is managed by a ton of young kids. For instance, the training is a JOKE. They go over Customer Service and alot of "role playing" of how to build a rapport and making connections. Do you really need a class/training on this?? Then again everyone here is very young and just graduated fresh from college or have never worked as a "recruiter" before. Also, the entire recruiting team all go to lunch at 12:00 everyday. I felt like I was in grade school and lunch bell rang because everyone stood up and left for lunch. They also play rap music and other music over the intercom while your working. Crazy!!!

Pluspunten

Good opportunity for growth and gaining experience in a professional environment. Team members are generally supportive and willing to help when needed. There are opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time. Work environment is fairly stable and expectations are reasonable.

Minpunten

Some processes can be unclear or inconsistent depending on the team. Communication can vary, which sometimes leads to confusion or delays. Certain workflows could benefit from better organization and structure.

They have remote and hybrid jobs. Most of the employees are very competent and supportive of each other.

Minpunten

This is a terrible company. They treat psychologists like children and consider us a disposable commodity.. the turnover in psychologists is about 40% over a 6 month period. The "incentive system" is a joke. The initial training is terrible. Mgt. changes rules and procedures almost weekly. They refuse to provide a phone number for HR. Management style is authoritarian "Mt way or the highway". They discourage any complaints. They discourage us from talking to each other outside of the company channels where they can monitor what is said. Many of us do not trust what mgt says because their actions don't match their words and they are punitive toward any criticism. They hand down edicts without any awareness of the effects on those that actually do the work. PTO and leave policies are very restrictive. Many of us have to work way more than 40 hours/ week just to keep up. The base pay is terrible and there is pressure to do more without more money. The ads and recruiters lie about the pay and benefits and I dont know if that is intentional or not. You can only contact HR by email and it takes days to get a response. Managers term is "I'll look into that and get back to you" but they never do so. Get the picture? Don't belie fee what they tell you and don't work here. Oh and BTW, the positive reviews here are most likely written by corporate staff to counteract honest reviews like this.
